Grief is a harrowing journey in itself. Watching a family member die is one of the most saddest times in our lives and when it finally occirs people cope with their grief in different ways. Manypeople emerge from the process fairly well whereas others seem to be unable to cope and their lives can become a misery.

Sometimes death can come unexpectedly and in different forms. Some people leave us because of accidents, some people die of diseases, some people purposely subject themselves to it, some people just die because of old age. In any shape or form, death of a loved one is painful for the ones who are left behind. Truly, it is a time that is very difficult to handle.
